Where we ship and what it costs

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. Insured shipping is free for Solis and Aeturnum built-to-order systems. Insured shipping for Apex and Astra is quoted at Shopify checkout. Shipping charges for Limited Edition Drops are calculated at Shopify checkout using the available service and destination. We do not currently offer shipping to US territories or international destinations.

When your PC ships

• Built-to-order PCs: ship within 7 business days of order confirmation.
• Limited Edition Drops: ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders confirmed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day. These timelines describe carrier handoff; delivery transit time is additional.

Carrier handoff and shipment assistance

For a correctly supplied, properly packed PC, shipment risk passes to the buyer at carrier handoff only to the extent permitted by the applicable sales terms and law. This does not waive Techside’s obligations for our own errors, defective or incorrectly described goods, or remedies required by law.

If your shipment is missing, delayed, or damaged, email techsidepcllc@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to help locate the shipment and assist with the claim process. For damage, keep the packaging and include photos of the PC and packaging.

If dispatch is delayed

If we cannot meet the promised shipping timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and your option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.

Local pickup

Pickup is available in Cupertino, California, by appointment on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time. Email techsidepcllc@gmail.com to arrange collection. Pickup buyers may pay when collecting their PC.
