TECHSIDE / INFORMATION
Warranty
What is covered
Techside PCs include a 180-day limited hardware warranty beginning on the date your PC is delivered or collected. It covers hardware defects and failures under normal use. For an approved claim, we will repair or replace the affected hardware after inspection.
Damage that is not covered
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper modifications, or customer-applied overclocking or voltage changes is not covered. An unrelated modification or third-party repair does not automatically cancel coverage for an otherwise covered defect.
How to request service
- Email techsidepcllc@gmail.com with your order number, the issue, and any useful photos or test results.
- We will provide troubleshooting and, when a return is needed, shipping and packing instructions. Contact us before sending your PC.
- We inspect the returned hardware and confirm whether the claim is covered. If it is covered, we will arrange repair or replacement. If it is not, we will explain the reason and discuss next steps before any paid work.
Back up your files before service and do not send passwords or private data.
Warranty shipping reimbursement
You initially pay the shipping cost to send hardware to us for a warranty-only claim. Once the hardware arrives, we inspect it. If the warranty claim is approved, we reimburse that shipping cost. If the claim is denied, that shipping cost is not reimbursed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Keep your shipping receipt.
This is separate from free return shipping for eligible returns under our 30-day return policy.

Your rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. It does not disclaim implied warranties or limit remedies that applicable law requires.
